Hello, I'm
A PhD student in Applied Mathematics & Computational Science at the University of Pennsylvania, advised by Prof. Hamsa Bastani. We think about how decisions should be made — at the intersection of policy learning and human–AI interaction.

About
A Mathematician Asking Human Questions
I'm a third-year PhD student at the University of Pennsylvania, advised by Prof. Hamsa Bastani. Before Penn, I earned a Master of Finance from MIT Sloan and dual bachelor's degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Emory University.
My research asks how we can design algorithms that make decisions with people, not about them — from policy learning theory to algorithmic hiring markets and human–AI collaboration. I'm drawn to problems that sit at the seam between beautiful mathematics and messy reality.

Gardening
A balcony rose garden — pink Eden climbers and apricot tea roses. Something about a system that rewards patience and gentle iteration.

My bunny
The fluffy chaos agent keeping me humble.

Tennis & FPS gaming
Same focus, different reflexes.

Let's Build Something
I'm always happy to chat about policy learning, algorithmic decision-making, human–AI interaction, or rose cultivation. Send a note — I read everything.
